Kenda Tire has established an Authorized Online Retailer Program to provide consumers and end-users with confidence that Kenda passenger, light truck, and ST radial tires purchased online are sold through approved sources. Kenda maintains this program because unauthorized online retailers may not consistently provide the following services:

1. Technical Specifications – It is very important that consumers and end-users have accurate load index and speed rating information to ensure proper fitment for their vehicle application. Kenda provides this information to its Authorized Online Retailers so they can communicate it accurately to potential purchasers.
2. Proper Fitment – In addition to the correct load index and speed rating, consumers should receive accurate fitment guidance based on their vehicle application, driving environment, and driving style. Kenda develops products for a variety of applications and provides fitment information to its Authorized Online Retailers.
3. Warranty Support – Kenda provides warranty coverage for workmanship and defects, as well as limited mileage warranties for specific tread patterns. Authorized Online Retailers follow Kenda’s warranty processes and work directly with Kenda to address applicable consumer warranty claims.
   

Warranty Eligibility: Kenda's applicable product warranty applies to online purchases made through the specific Authorized Online Retailer website or marketplace seller identity listed below. Authorization of a retailer's website does not extend to other websites, marketplace storefronts, seller identities, or affiliated entities unless separately listed as authorized by Kenda.

Authorization is channel-specific. An Authorized Online Retailer may operate multiple websites or sell through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other platforms. Authorization applies only to the specific website, marketplace storefront, or seller identity listed below. Authorization of one website or sales channel does not automatically authorize other websites, marketplace accounts, seller identities, affiliates, or sales channels operated by the same company.
