Reynoldsburg, OH, August 20, 2019 –– Kenda Tires is proud to share the journey of winning professional drift car racer, Fielding Shredder, as he takes his drifting career to new heights. Shredder was selected to participate on a reality television show, ‘Hyperdrive’, where contestants compete against one another in a series of high-stakes races. From executive producer Charlize Theron comes a car competition show like no other.
The show features 28 competitors from all across the globe, putting their own cars to the test. Netflix rented a small city industrial complex in Rochester, NY as the ‘set’ for racers to drift through. This is the highest budget of any car show in history.

Prior to the races, no practice was allowed on the course. Those who raced were experiencing the course for the first time, intensifying the high-stakes of this competition. Shredder ran Kenda Kaiser KR20A DOT tires in size 235/40R18 on the front and 265/35R18 on the rear. His red car featured the Kenda Tires logo on the driver side of his vehicle.
"This was the most challenging driving event in my entire life! I couldn’t have done it without Kenda Tires continued support. This is the superbowl of car control, and I was loving every minute!" said Shredder.
Hyperdrive premieres on Wednesday, August 21st at midnight.
